Trauma/Surgical Critical Care

At TTP El Paso, our trauma surgeons and surgical critical care specialists use both operative and non-operative treatments to manage severe traumatic injuries. They also care for patients with acute, potentially life-threatening surgical conditions. Trauma surgeons and surgical intensivists complete training in general surgery, and often further training in trauma and/or surgical critical care.
