Dance for Parkinson’s
Everyone Can Dance
Join a welcoming creative-movement class for adults with Parkinson's disease or other movement disorders.

No dance experience or partner is needed. Caregivers and family members age 16 and older are welcome, and every movement can be adapted for seated or standing participation.

Additional classes are $5. Caregivers participate at no cost.

Walker and wheelchair friendly, with seated and standing movement options.
A Class Built Around Joy and Connection
Explore movement through music in a supportive community setting. Participants may move at their own pace and choose the variations that feel most comfortable.

- Loose clothing and comfortable athletic shoes recommended

- Los Angeles public schools arts education dance specialist
The class is modeled after programs developed by the Mark Morris Dance Group, Brooklyn Parkinson Group and Dance for PD.
